Remote Support Service

Our remote support is conducted by TeamViewer (or any other system if required), email and phone. This allows us to install software or provide a solution to any technical difficulty as quickly as possible and negates the need for costly on-site visits.

The fixed price installation option is per PC and based on a standard Windows or Mac environment.

The Remote Installation service is also available for re-installation should you need to transfer your software from one computer to another or after computer re-builds etc.

VoiceX Remote Installation Package includes free 30 days of technical support from the date of installation.

Pay-As-You-Go Option

Experienced users, sites with internal IT assistance may opt for our Pay-As-You-Go Support (PAYG Support) option.
VoiceX staff can provide any level of support you require, be it a missing or corrupted file, help with configuring software or assistance for finding a missing dictation.

VoiceX PAYG Tech Support is charged at $45 per 15-minute block
