The SpeechLive difference is flexibility. One author might dictate into a smartphone and send work to a typist. Another may record with a professional dictation recorder. Pro and Enterprise authors can create dictations directly in the supported SpeechLive web browser, including control with compatible Philips SpeechMike and SpeechOne devices.

Job details & attachments
Add priority, due-date information and supporting files so the typist or reviewer receives the context needed to complete the job.

AUSTRALIAN HOSTING & DATA SECURITY
SpeechLive data for Australia and New Zealand is hosted in Victoria.
SpeechLive uses Microsoft Azure infrastructure with regional data storage. Philips identifies Victoria as the SpeechLive storage region for Australia and New Zealand.
SpeechLive also supports security controls including encrypted transfer, MFA and SSO options. Philips states that Speech Recognition and AI Assistant processing takes place in isolated Azure environments, with no OpenAI access and no use of customer data to train AI models.
VoiceX provides local implementation, training and support for SpeechLive customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Is SpeechLive Mac compatible?
Yes. SpeechLive supports macOS through supported browsers and the SpeechLive Desktop App. Some recorder upload and hardware functions differ between Windows and Mac.
Can I use SpeechLive with only one user?
Yes. SpeechLive can suit individual professionals as well as larger author, typist and administration teams.
Do I need a typist to use SpeechLive?
No. SpeechLive can be used with an internal typist, SpeechLive AI Speech Recognition, a professional transcription service or supported AI Assistant options.
Can I use a professional dictation recorder with SpeechLive?
Yes. SpeechLive supports upload from compatible professional dictation recorders. Automatic Desktop App upload is available for specified Philips PocketMemo and selected Olympus models.

No. Transcription reproduces spoken content as text. An AI Assistant interprets the supplied information and creates a structured document draft for Human-in-the-Loop review.
