Speech recognition on the go with the SpeechLive mobile app

Not near your computer? Whip out your smartphone, open the SpeechLive Mobile App, and record your dictation.  Send for automatic speech-to-text conversion by SpeechLive.  Your audio and the transcribed text document will then be (almost) instantly ready for you to access securely within your SpeechLive workflow – accessible from any computer via your web browser. You can even nominate to get a copy of the transcribed document emailed directly to you.

Alternatively, dictate with speech recognition live into your SpeechLive app and your dictation will be converted in realtime on the screen. Simply save it to your workflow or copy and paste it into your preferred application.

Speech recognition from pre-recorded dictations

Convert dictation audio created on a dictation voice recorder. Professionals often prefer to use a dedicated dictation voice recorder such as the Philips Digital Pocket Memo (ie DPM8000) or the Olympus DS Series Voice Recorder (ie DS9000) for dictating lengthy reports, letters and file notes. These can easily be uploaded into the SpeechLive workflow either manually or automatically via the included SpeechLive Desktop App*.  Once the audio has been uploaded dictation audio can be automatically converted in the background from speech-text.  Both the original dictation audio and the transcribed document can be accessed from the SpeechLive worklist on any computer via the web browser. You can even nominate to get a copy of the transcribed document emailed directly to you.

Real-time speech recognition with saved audio for deferred correction and formatting

Dictate directly into the SpeechLive Online Recorder via your web browser and watch your words be instantly transcribed in front of you.  The dictated audio is also captured to allow you to review and complete it later.  Optionally, add a typist to your SpeechLive workflow and enjoy the benefits of 3^rd party correction and formatting.

The SpeechLive Desktop App converts your voice to text in real-time: Use a PC headset or Philips SpeechMike Dictation Microphone, place the cursor in any text field or document and start dictating.  Dictate directly into your document, email, template, form, EHR, CRM and more!

Please note that the SpeechLive Desktop App is currently only supported in Windows environments.  However, the Apple Mac-supported version will be released in late 2023 and will be automatically rolled out to all SpeechLive Pro subscribers at no charge.

Windows and Mac Mac-compatible speech Recognition

Unlike most other speech recognition programs, SpeechLive empowers Windows and Apple Mac users alike.

The only limitation for Mac users now is the “at-cursor” option via the SpeechLive Desktop App.  HOWEVER, the SpeechLive Desktop App for Mac will be released in late 2023.  This option will automatically be added to your solution as soon as it is released.
