Dragon Medical One
A 12-month cloud medical speech recognition subscription for one authorised clinician, with specialist medical vocabulary, a personalised Dragon profile, custom words, AutoTexts and supported voice commands.
PowerMic Mobile
Use a compatible iOS or Android smartphone as a wireless microphone with Dragon Medical One on a supported workstation.
VoiceX-assisted setup
VoiceX assists with initial subscription setup, user access, microphone configuration and preparing the clinician to begin using Dragon Medical One.
Personalised end-user training
Training covers practical Dragon use including dictation, correction, vocabulary, AutoTexts and the tools most relevant to the clinician's own documentation.

One authorised clinician: This subscription is licensed to one named Dragon Medical One user and is not a shared concurrent office licence.
12-month subscription: This product is a prepaid 12-month subscription. VoiceX will contact customers regarding renewal before the subscription expires.
Windows: The standard Dragon Medical One desktop application is designed for supported Microsoft Windows environments.
Using a Mac? VoiceX provides Dragon Medical One for macOS through the Dragon Medical One + Helium solution.
Medical speech recognition, not an AI scribe: Dragon Medical One converts the clinician's own dictated words into text in real time. It does not listen to a clinician-patient consultation and independently generate an AI-created clinical note.
Clinical software compatibility: Direct dictation behaviour can vary by clinical application, browser, deployment environment and text field. Contact VoiceX before ordering if compatibility with a specific clinical system is critical.
Dragon Medical One system compatibility
For standard desktop use, Dragon Medical One supports current compatible Microsoft Windows environments. Microsoft recommends Windows 11 for current client deployments.
Dragon Medical One also requires supported Microsoft runtime components and internet access to the Dragon Medical One cloud service. Remote Desktop, Citrix, virtual desktop and enterprise environments may have additional deployment requirements.
