Shipping & Delivery

VoiceX ships professional dictation hardware, microphones, headsets, conferencing equipment and accessories across Australia and New Zealand. Delivery timeframes vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, courier service and destination.

Software subscriptions, cloud licences and renewal products are generally delivered electronically once the order has been processed and any required account information has been confirmed. Some solutions may require setup, user details or vendor provisioning before licence access can be issued.

Returns & Replacements

If you believe a product supplied by VoiceX is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or not operating as expected, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will review the matter and advise the next steps.

Returns and replacements are assessed according to the product type, manufacturer warranty conditions and applicable consumer law. Hardware products may need to be inspected or tested before a replacement, repair or warranty claim can be confirmed.

Software licences, subscriptions, renewals and cloud services may be subject to vendor-specific terms and may not be cancellable once issued, activated or provisioned. Promotional pricing, bundles and special offers may be time-limited and may not apply to previous purchases, renewals, custom quotes or enterprise agreements unless stated in writing.
