Training can cover clear dictation, editing and correcting recognised text, personalising vocabulary, and using supported commands to reduce repetitive work. For suitable Dragon editions, we can also discuss customised word lists and more advanced commands.
Remote and on-site training options are available. VoiceX can recommend an approach for individual professionals, legal firms, healthcare teams, education, government and people using speech recognition for accessibility.
Training and support: what is included?
Inclusions depend on the product and package you purchase.
- Dragon Medical One month-to-month: support and user assistance are included during the active subscription. A dedicated training session is not included.
- Dragon Legal Anywhere Essentials: training and support are available on a pay-as-you-go basis; neither is included in the subscription.
- Other Dragon packages: the product listing or your VoiceX quote sets out the included training and support.
