macOS Options

Dragon Medical One is a Windows application. For Mac users, VoiceX recommends:

  • Virtualisation — Parallels/VMware or remote Windows desktop to run the DMO desktop app.

See DMO for Mac (Helium) FAQs on voicex.com.au for details.

Virtual Environments

DMO supports deployment in virtual desktops (e.g., Citrix / VMware / RDS). Ensure audio devices and bandwidth/latency meet your health network policies and Nuance guidelines.
