DRAGON PROFESSIONAL ANYWHERE ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
By executing this Order/Agreement with VoiceX Communications, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
All Nuance Software, Equipment, and Services provided to Client under this Agreement are governed by the terms of the Nuance Terms & Conditions for Dragon Professional Anywhere & Dragon Anywhere Mobile, hosted in Australia via Ordiginal are available to review at
Customer represents that it has reviewed and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Nuance Terms & Conditions for Dragon Professional Anywhere & Dragon Anywhere Mobile
The customer has reviewed the Dragon Professional Anywhere System Requirements and understands its obligations to meet minimum network/connectivity requirements at its practice/locations to access the Hosted Services
The minimum term for Hosted Services will be 12 months – unless otherwise indicated on the Agreement - at the per-user rate – payable monthly, quarterly or annually for the number of users as identified in the Agreement, and then subject to automatic annual renewals at the then-prevailing per-user monthly, quarterly or annual fee thereafter, unless the Customer provides at least 90 days advance written notice to terminate in full or for any applicable user counts before the beginning of the next renewal period. Notice of cancellation should be sent to info@voicex.com.au
Client understands that the initial term and billing for Hosted Services will begin on receipt of the VoiceX Dragon Professional Anywhere "Welcome Kit" email that will include all pertinent instructions – including user log-in details on how to access and use the Hosted Services; and,The client further acknowledges that Nuance shall be a third-party beneficiary of the Client Order with the right to enforce the Client's payment obligation. Late payment by Client shall constitute a material breach of the End User License Agreement that would entitle Nuance/VoiceX Communications to suspend Hosted Services until undisputed past due amounts are paid and to exercise other rights and remedies allowed by the End User License AgreementEnd-User accounts can be transferred to another user. If this is required the Client must email support@voicex.com.au the end user's login name that is to be disabled and the new end user name and email address for the new account to be created.
